URGE IMPRINT – LOCAL ROOTS GLOBAL IMPACT

THE OSI @ WEST END

THE OSI @ WEST END

Osi Art Apartments @ West End is a progressive development that is the cornerstone of Detroit’s first arts district. The Osi will be home to an art gallery, restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities that will be attractive to its residents and the surrounding communities.

“We wanted to provide a mixed-use, mixed-income property that was both high quality and of high-artistic design,” Hardamon states, “It was important to us, given that Osi is the first development in the West End Gallery District, to provide more than just a great place to live; we wanted to push the envelope and break the mold of new construction in Detroit.”

The Development Team is comprised of the development firms URGE Development Group LLC and N’Namdi Holdings led by Roderick Hardamon and George N’Namdi, respectively. The West End Gallery District is envisioned as a local and regional destination that celebrates arts and culture and is home to creative entrepreneurs. The Osi will help the Grand River corridor attract a critical mass of activity and customers by improving the aesthetic and focusing on the underserved retail needs of the area.
